SWEET PORRIDGE (AAMBIL)

INGREDIENTS :

Milk: 3 cups
Water: 2 cups
Ragi flour: 5 teaspoons
Sugar: 3 teaspoons
Cardamom powder

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Take water in a thick bottom pan.
  • Add milk, ragi flour, sugar and cardamom powder and mix it well.
  • Keep the pot on the gas and stir it continuously for 4 to 5 minutes till it boils well.
  • Remove from the flame and serve after 2 minutes.
