Datar Quinoa Pasta : 2 cups
Onion : 1 medium, finely chopped
Tomato : 1 medium, finely chopped
Carrot : 1 small, peeled and cut into small pieces
Green Peas : \u00bc cup
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tablespoon
Pasta Masala Powder :1 teaspoon
Oil : 1 \u00bd tablespoon
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing<\/p>\n

METHOD OF PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n

Boil 2 – 3 cups of water in a pan, add Datar salt, oil and Datar Quinoa Pasta and keep stirring till the pasta is cooked. Drain out the water and keep pasta aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and saut\u00e9 till it turns golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste, saut\u00e9 for few minutes. Add chopped tomato and saut\u00e9 till it becomes soft; add salt, pasta masala powder and saut\u00e9 for 1 minute, add carrot and green peas, stir it until cooked, add pasta, stir it evenly and cook further for 2 minutes. <\/p>\n

Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.<\/p>\n
