Cleaned Pomfret Fish Slices: 500 grams
Chopped onion: 2 (100 grams)
Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon (15 grams)
Tomato: 3 (250 grams)
Mustard oil: 6 tablespoons (30 ml)
Datar Salt: as per taste
Lime Juice: 1 tablespoon

\n\n\n\tMETHOD OF PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n- Rub the fish pieces with some lime juice.<\/li>\n
- Add a pinch of Datar Salt and Datar Turmeric Powder. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Grind the tomatoes in a mixer and keep it aside.<\/li>\n
- Apply 2 tablespoons of Datar Bengali Fish Curry Spice Mix on the fish and keep it for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
- Heat 6 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, fry the chopped onion and garlic paste on a medium flame till it is golden brown and aromatic.<\/li>\n
- Add the fish and fry for 1 minute. Add tomato paste and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add 400ml of water, Datar Salt as per taste and stir gently.<\/li>\n
- Cover and cook on a low flame for 5 to 8 minutes. Serve Datar Bengali Fish Curry with steamed rice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
