\n\n\n\tMETHOD OF PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n- Take 500 grams of Basmati rice and soak in water for 45 minutes. Rinse the rice and drain the water several times until the water becomes clear.<\/li>\n
- Take 500 ml of milk; add a pinch of saffron and 2 chopped apples.<\/li>\n
- Boil and keep aside. Heat ghee in a vessel; add 100 grams of Datar Kashmiri Pulav. Fry this mixture for 15 seconds.<\/li>\n
- Add the rice and fry for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n
- Add the boiled milk, salt and 300 ml of water. Cover the vessel and cook until the rice is done.<\/li>\n
