Green mango piece: 500 grams
Edible Oil: 200 ml
Datar Salt: 5 tablespoons (100 grams)<\/p>\n

\n\n\n\tMETHOD OF PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n- Take green mangoes and wash them thoroughly. Wipe them with a cloth. Cut them into small pieces and keep aside.<\/li>\n
- In a glass jar, addthe mango pieces and salt, and keep aside for 10 to 12 hours.<\/li>\n
- Add Datar instant pickle masala to the above mango pieces. Mix well and keep aside for at least 2 to 3 hours.<\/li>\n
- Heat 200 ml of any edible oil such as mustard oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil or groundnut oil in a pan and keep it aside to cool.<\/li>\n
- Pour the oil into the above mixture and mix thoroughly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
