Cleaned Prawns: 300 grams
Chopped Onion: 2 Numbers Small (120 grams)
Cooking Oil: 8 Tablespoons (40 ml)
Datar Salt: as per taste
Grated Fresh Coconut: 2 large coconut (600 grams)

\n\n\n\tMETHOD OF PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n- Boil 800ml of water. Remove it from the gas and add 600grams of grated coconut. Keep aside for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n
- Pass the solution through a sieve, and keep the coconut milk aside.<\/li>\n
- You can also make coconut milk by adding 70 grams of coconut milk powder to 750 ml of warm water.<\/li>\n
- Heat the oil till it is hot and then fry the chopped onion on a medium flame till they are golden brown.<\/li>\n
- Add prawns and fry it for 1 minute.<\/li>\n
- Add 3 tablespoons of Datar Prawns Curry Spice Mix and fry for 10 seconds. Add coconut milk andDatar salt as per taste.<\/li>\n
- Cook it on a low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.<\/li>\n
