Curd: 6 tablespoons
Food Colour (Orange Red): \u00bd Teaspoon
Lemon: 1 number

\n\n\n\tMETHOD OF PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n- Make slits on the chicken pieces.<\/li>\n
- Apply lemon and Datar Salt on it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n
- In a vessel, take Datar Tandoori Chicken Spice Mix, curd and food grade colour orange red and mix it well.<\/li>\n
- Apply the mixture on the chicken and marinate for two hours.<\/li>\n
- Put the chicken on skewersand grill in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30- 35 minutes.<\/li>\n
