INGREDIENTS :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\nDatar Green Fish Curry Spice Mix: 2 teaspoons (15 grams)
Cleaned Pomfret Fish Slices: 500 grams
Chopped Onions : 3 numbers (200 grams)
Garlic: 10 grams
Coriander Leaves: 10 grams
Pudina (Mint): 25 leaves
Oil: 10 teaspoons (50 ml)
Datar Salt: as per taste<\/p>\n

\n\n\n\tMETHOD OF PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n- In a vessel, add Datar Green Fish Curry Spice Mix, garlic, coriander leaves, pudina as mentioned and 5 tablespoons of water.<\/li>\n
- Grind the ingredients in a mixer and keep aside.<\/li>\n
- Pour oil in a frying pan and heat well.<\/li>\n
- Fry chopped onions in the oil on medium flame till it is golden brown and aromatic.<\/li>\n
- Add the ground mixture and fry it for 15 seconds.<\/li>\n
- Add 400 ml of water and Datar Salt as per taste and cook for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n
- Add the fish pieces and stir gently. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 8 minutes.<\/li>\n
- Serve Datar Green Fish Curry with chapatis or steam white rice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
