Datar Salt: \u00bd teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 lemon
Datar Tandoori Fish Spice Mix: 1 teaspoons
Garlic Paste: 2 teaspoons
Dry mint (Pudina) Paste: 2 teaspoons
Vegetable \/ Olive oil: 5 teaspoons<\/p>\n

\n\n\n\tMETHOD OF PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n\n- Wash the fish thoroughly with water and slit them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\n- Apply 1\/2 tea spoon Datar salt & juice of one lemon to the pieces and keep aside for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n
- Take Datar Tandoori Fish Spice Mix, garlic paste, dry mint (pudina) paste and olive oil and mix the ingredients well into a mixture.<\/li>\n
- Apply the mixture on the fish evenly. Marinate the fish for approximately 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
- Place the fish in the oven at 200 degree Celsius temperature for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
