Datar Soya Cubes: 100 grams
Datar Vegetable Masala: 1 tablespoon
Potato Cubes: 1 medium size (100 grams)
Onions Chopped: 2 medium size (125 grams)
Tomatoes Chopped: 2 medium size (150 grams)
Vegetable Oil: 3 tablespoons (15 ml)
Chopped Coriander Leaves: 10 grams
Datar Salt to taste<\/p>\n

METHOD OF PREPARATION :<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
\n- Boil Datar soya cubes for 10 minutes in 5 cups of water.<\/li>\n
- Remove it from the heat and cover with a lid. Keep it aside to cool for 20 minutes. Drain the water.<\/li>\n
- Softly squeeze the water from the soya cubes. Heat oil in a kadai (wok).<\/li>\n
- Saut\u00e9 chopped onions till they turn golden brown. Add potato cubes and stir for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n
- Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add Datar soya cubes, Datar vegetable masala and mix it well.<\/li>\n
- Add one cup of water and Datar salt to taste. Keep stirring occasionally till the water dries up and the gravy thickness.<\/li>\n
- Add coriander leaves. Remove from the flame and cover the kadai with a lid for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n
- Serve hot with chapati or tandoori roti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
