Datar Multigrain Atta can be used to make delicious parathas such as aloo paratha, paneer paratha, palak paratha, methi paratha etc.

DATAR MULTIGRAIN CHAPATI

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Multigrain Atta: 2 cups
Hot water: 1 cup
Data Salt: as per taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Take the above ingredients in a bowl, knead well and make 10 to 12 dough balls.
  • Prepare chapatis and roast the same on a pan on both sides.

DATAR MULTIGRAIN PARATHA

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Multigrain Atta: 2 cups
Hot water: 1 cup
Data Salt: as per taste
Coriander leaves: chopped as required
Pudina (mint) leaves: chopped as required

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Take the above ingredients in a bowl, knead well and make 6 to 8 dough balls.
  • In a pan, roast parathas on both sides with little oil.
  • Serve hot parathas with Datar pickle or Datar chutney
