Drain the waterand add one litre of freshwater and Datar Salt as per taste.</li> <li>Cook the rice till it is about ¾th done (75%). Drain the excess water and keep it aside.</li> <li>To 4 tablespoons of milk, add saffron and boil for 2 minutes. Mix it well with the rice.</li> <li>Take some water in a vessel and add potato cubes, french beans, carrots, green peas and cauliflower and cook the vegetables. Keep it aside.</li> <li>Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilies, cashew nuts and fry till the onions turn golden brown.</li> <li>Add Datar Vegetable Biryani Spice Mix and fry for a few seconds.</li> <li>Add cooked vegetables, pudina and Datar Salt as per taste.
