Indulge in the mouthwatering blend of aromatic spices.

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Chana Masala Spice Mix: 1 tablespoon (10 gram)
Chickpeas (White Kabuli Chana): 200 grams
Chopped Tomato: 3 (225 grams)
Chopped Onion: 3 (200 grams)
Ginger Paste: 1 teaspoon (15 grams)
Oil: 6 tablespoons
Datar Salt: as per taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Soak 200 grams of Kabuli Chana (White Chick Peas) overnight.
  • Cook it in a pressure cooker and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and ginger paste and fry till they turn golden brown.
  • Add Datar Chana Masala Spice Mix & fry on a low flame for a few seconds.
  • Add chopped tomatoes.
  • Add the cooked Chana and Datar Salt as per taste and cook for 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot Chana Masala with tandoori roti.
