INGREDIENTS :

Datar Chicken Masala Spice Mix: 4 tablespoons (25 grams)
Chicken (medium pieces): 1 kg (1000 grams)
Chopped Onion: 4 (300 grams)
Garlic Paste: 2 tablespoons (30 grams)
Ginger Paste: 2 tablespoons (20 grams)
Chopped Tomato: 4 (300 grams)
Vegetable Oil: 5 tablespoons (25 ml)
Datar Salt: As per taste
Water: 700 ml

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onions with garlic and ginger paste till the onions turn golden brown.
  • Add the chopped tomato and fry for 5 minutes. Add the chicken and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add water and Datar Salt as per taste.
  • Add Datar Chicken Masala Spice Mix.
  • Mix it well and cook till the chicken becomes tender.
