Datar Gluten Free Flour can be mixed with wheat flour, rice flour or any other flour for making chapatti or paratha, breads, cakes
Datar Gluten Free Flour : 2 Cups
Hot Water : 2 Cups
Edible Oil / Ghee : 1 tsp
Datar Salt : To taste
In a bowl take Datar Gluten Free flour, salt, oil & mix it well. Add 1 cup hot water, mix it with a spatula, cover it and keep it aside for 5 minutes. While mixture is still warm use your hand to knead the dough, add oil to make the dough smooth. (Make sure the dough is not sticky). Divide the dough in to small lemon size balls.
Flatten each ball gently, sprinkle little Datar Gluten flour, roll out the balls and roast it on both sides on tawa or pan.
