Feel the ocean roar and the breeze caress your hair whilst you cherish the divine flavours of authentic Goan fish curry with Datar’s Special Goan Fish Curry Spice Mix.

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Goan Fish Curry Spice Mix: 3 tablespoons (20 grams)
Pomfret Fish Slices: 500 grams
Datar Salt: as per taste
Grated Coconut: 600 grams
Coconut Milk Powder: 10 tablespoons (70 grams)
Datar Turmeric Powder: A pinch

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • To 800 ml of boiled water, add 600 grams of grated coconut.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes. Pass it through a sieve and squeeze the coconut milk.
  • Keep the coconut milk aside.
  • Rub the fish slices with a pinch of Datar Salt & Datar Turmeric Powder. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
  • Take the prepared coconut milk and boil for 1 minute.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of Datar Goan Fish Curry Spice Mix and Datar Salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add fish pieces and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on a low flame.
