Enjoy the traditional taste of India with Datar Indian Dal Fry Spice Mix and make every meal special.

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Indian Dal Fry Spice Mix: 3 tablespoons (20 grams)
Toor Dal: 200 grams
Chopped Onions: 3 (200 grams)
Chopped Tomato: 3 (300 grams)
Cooking Oil: 8 tablespoons
Green Chili: 6
Datar Salt: as per taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Take 200 grams of toor dal, 3 tomatoes and water as required.
  • Boil till the dal and tomatoes are cooked. Keep it aside. Heat up 8 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the green chilies and chopped onions till they turn golden brown.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of Datar Indian Dal Fry Spice Mix and fry for 5 seconds.
  • Add the boiled dal and fry it for 30 seconds. If the dal consistency is thick, then add 1 or 2 cups of water and Datar Salt as per your taste. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
  • Serve Datar Indian Dal Fry with Datar Pickle and steamed white rice.
