Witness a blast of flavours in your mouth with Datar’s exclusive Pani Puri Masala

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Pani Puri Masala: 4 tablespoons
Puri: 100 pieces
Boiled Smashed Potatoes: 500 grams
Plain Boondi: 100 grams
Pudina paste: 10 grams
Dates seedless: 200 grams
Tamarind paste: 4 tablespoons
Jaggery: 50 grams
Cumin powder: 1 tablespoon
Water: 2 litres

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • In a bowl take 1.4 litres of cold water. Add 4 tablespoons of Datar Pani Puri Masala, pudina paste and mix well. Keep it aside.
  • Soak plain boondi in normal water for 10-15 minutes, and drain the water. Keep it aside.
  • For the sweet chutney,take 600 ml water, seedless dates, tamarind pulp & jaggery in a bowl. Add cumin powder and boil for 15 minutes. Let it cool down and then make it into a smooth pulp.
  • Serving method: In each puri, add boiled mashed potatoes, soaked boondi, sweet chutney & fill the puri with Datar Pani Puri Masala water.
