INGREDIENTS :

Datar Pav Bhaji Masala Spice Mix: 2 tablespoons
Chopped Onion: 2 (150 grams)
Chopped Red Tomato: 6 (450 grams)
Cauliflower: 100 grams
Capsicum: 50 grams
Green Peas: 100 grams
Peeled Potatoes: 250 grams
Coriander Leaves: 10 grams
Butter: 5 tablespoons
Garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
Datar Salt: as per taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Take sufficient water and boil green peas, peeled potatoes, cauliflower and capsicum together.
  • Take a pan, heat butter on a medium flame and fry chopped onions with garlic paste till the onions turn golden brown.
  • Add the chopped red tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add Datar PavBhaji Masala Spice Mix & Datar Salt as per taste.
  • Add the boiled vegetables and mash for 5 minutes. Then add a blob of butter and garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with hot buttered bread and chopped raw onions with lemon pieces and roasted papad.
