Datar Quinoa – 1 cup, contains required protein per day.
Datar Quinoa suits as meals or snacks.
Datar Quinoa can be used in veg or non-veg cuisines.
Datar Quinoa adds taste and nutrition to your regular meals, salads, curries as well as sweet dishes and chinese dishes.

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Quinoa Grains : 1 Cup
Water : 2 Cups
Datar Salt: To Taste (If required)

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

Take a bowl and soak Datar Quinoa in water for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in running water for 3 – 4 times and drain.

Take Datar Quinoa in a vessel, add water and salt to taste (if required) and keep it on medium flame to boil. After 5 – 6 minutes once water boils reduce the flame, cover the vessel and once it is properly cooked and water is absorbed, put off the flame (Total cooking time is 15 to 20 minutes).
