Datar Quinoa Pasta : 2 cups
Onion : 1 medium, finely chopped
Tomato : 1 medium, finely chopped
Carrot : 1 small, peeled and cut into small pieces
Green Peas : ¼ cup
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tablespoon
Pasta Masala Powder :1 teaspoon
Oil : 1 ½ tablespoon
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Boil 2 – 3 cups of water in a pan, add Datar salt, oil and Datar Quinoa Pasta and keep stirring till the pasta is cooked. Drain out the water and keep pasta aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté till it turns golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste, sauté for few minutes. Add chopped tomato and sauté till it becomes soft; add salt, pasta masala powder and sauté for 1 minute, add carrot and green peas, stir it until cooked, add pasta, stir it evenly and cook further for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
