Elevate your kebab experience with Datar’s Seekh Kebab Spice Mix.

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Seekh Kabab Spice Mix: 3 Tablespoons (30 grams)
Mutton cubes Boneless: 500 grams
Garlic Paste: 2 Tablespoons (25 grams)
Ginger Paste: 2 Tablespoons (25 grams)
Green Chilies: 5 Numbers
Coriander Leaves: 25 grams
Brown Onion: 30 grams
Cheese: as required
Datar Salt: as per taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • In a bowl, mix mutton cubes, Datar Seekh Kabab Spice Mix, garlic paste, ginger paste, cheese, brown onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and Datar Salt as per taste.
  • Grind the mixture to paste and marinate for 3 hours.
  • On BBQ stick, apply the mutton paste in roll with distance of 2 inches, and grill on charcoal heat till mutton tender. (Or oven-cook at 200 degrees temp. for 30 to 45 minutes, stir every five minutes).
  • Serve Datar Seekh Kabab hot with green salad & pudina chutney.
