Enjoy a flavour-filled, lemony and finger licking delicious tandoori fish with Datar’s exotic Tandoori Fish Spice Mix.

INGREDIENTS :

Fish: 500 grams
Datar Salt: ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1 lemon
Datar Tandoori Fish Spice Mix: 1 teaspoons
Garlic Paste: 2 teaspoons
Dry mint (Pudina) Paste: 2 teaspoons
Vegetable / Olive oil: 5 teaspoons

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Wash the fish thoroughly with water and slit them.
  • Apply 1/2 tea spoon Datar salt & juice of one lemon to the pieces and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Take Datar Tandoori Fish Spice Mix, garlic paste, dry mint (pudina) paste and olive oil and mix the ingredients well into a mixture.
  • Apply the mixture on the fish evenly. Marinate the fish for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Place the fish in the oven at 200 degree Celsius temperature for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
