With Datar’s exclusive Tandoori Chicken Spice Mix, enjoy the goodness and freshness of aromatic spices with the tender grilled chicken.

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Tandoori Chicken Spice Mix: 4 tablespoons (40grams)
Chicken: 1 kilo (kg) or 5 pieces
Curd: 6 tablespoons
Food Colour (Orange Red): ½ Teaspoon
Lemon: 1 number
Datar salt: as per taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

Make slits on the chicken pieces.
Apply lemon and Datar Salt on it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
In a vessel, take Datar Tandoori Chicken Spice Mix, curd and food grade colour orange red and mix it well.
Apply the mixture on the chicken and marinate for two hours.
Put the chicken on skewersand grill in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30- 35 minutes.
Serve Datar Tandoori Chicken hot with green salad.
