With Datar’s exclusive Tandoori Chicken Spice Mix, enjoy the goodness and freshness of aromatic spices with the tender grilled chicken.

INGREDIENTS :

Datar Tandoori Chicken Spice Mix: 4 tablespoons (40grams)
Chicken: 1 kilo (kg) or 5 pieces
Curd: 6 tablespoons
Food Colour (Orange Red): ½ Teaspoon
Lemon: 1 number
Datar salt: as per taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  • Make slits on the chicken pieces.
  • Apply lemon and Datar Salt on it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • In a vessel, take Datar Tandoori Chicken Spice Mix, curd and food grade colour orange red and mix it well.
  • Apply the mixture on the chicken and marinate for two hours.
  • Put the chicken on skewersand grill in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30- 35 minutes.
  • Serve Datar Tandoori Chicken hot with green salad.
