In a bowl take two cups of Datar Quinoa & Wheat flour, one cup of hot water and salt to taste, knead well and make 10 to 12 balls, roll out chapattis and roast on both sides on tawa or pan
In a bowl take two cups of Datar Quinoa & Wheat flour, pinch of salt, mix chopped coriander, mint leaves and a cup of hot water, knead well, make 6 to 8 balls, roll out parathas. In a pan roast parathas well on both sides with little oil or ghee.

Water: 2 Cups
Datar Salt: To taste
Take Datar Multigrain Idli & Dosa Flour in a bowl. Slowly add water and keep stirring to make a lump-free, thick batter. Cover it and keep it aside for fermentation for 6 hours.
Add salt in the fermented batter and mix well.
Put water in the Idli steamer. Let it boil. Grease the idli plates and put the batter carefully in the moulds. Steam the Idli’s for 10-12 minutes. (Avoid over cooking).
Take Datar Multigrain Idli & Dosa Flour in a bowl. Slowly add water and keep stirring to make a free batter (consistency of the batter should be thinner than Idli batter for preparing Dosa). Cover it and keep it aside for fermentation for 6 hours.
Add salt in the fermented batter and mix well.
Heat the non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful batter and spread it evenly, sprinkle few drops of oil for extra crisp.
After a minute, flip the dosa and cook for a few seconds.
Serve hot Datar Multigrain Idli & Dosa with spicy coconut chutney.

Take Datar Multigrain Idli Rava in a bowl. Slowly add water and keep stirring to make a lump-free, thick batter. Cover it and keep it aside for fermentation for 6 hours.
Add salt in the fermented batter and mix well.
Put water in the Idli steamer. Let it boil. Grease the idli plates and drop the batter carefully to the moulds. Steam the Idlis for 10-12 minutes. (Avoid over cooking).
Take Datar Multigrain Idli Rava in a bowl. Slowly add water and keep stirring to make a lump-free batter (consistency of the batter should be thinner than Idli batter for preparing Dosa). Cover it and keep it aside for fermentation for 6 hours.
Add salt in the fermented batter and mix well.

In the upper part, put 1 tbsp of grated coconut and then 2 fistful of the prepared mixture of Datar Quinoa Puttu Flour. Make 2 or 3 layers in the same way. Cover the top with the grated coconut and close the lid.
When the water comes to boil, place the upper part of the Kutty on the lower part and fix it carefully.
Let it steam on the medium flame. After 5 to 7 minutes, when the steam starts coming out of the lid, switch off the flame.
Carefully separate the upper part of the Kutty. Open the lid and let it cool for 2 minutes. To remove the steamed Puttu from the Kutty, gently push it with a wooden stick from the lower side.
Enjoy hot Datar Quinoa Puttu with Chana Curry, Veg Stew or Banana.
