What You’ll Need

For the Gravy
  • Datar Quinoa Pasta : 2 cupsOnion : 1 medium, finely choppedTomato : 1 medium, finely choppedCarrot : 1 small, peeled and cut into small piecesGreen Peas : ¼ cupGinger Garlic Paste : 1 tablespoonPasta Masala Powder :1 teaspoonOil : 1 ½ tablespoonSalt to tasteFresh coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Steps

  • Boil 2 – 3 cups of water in a pan, add Datar salt, oil and Datar Quinoa Pasta and keep stirring till the pasta is cooked. Drain out the water and keep pasta aside.Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté till it turns golden brown, add ginger and garlic paste, sauté for few minutes. Add chopped tomato and sauté till it becomes soft; add salt, pasta masala powder and sauté for 1 minute, add carrot and green peas, stir it until cooked, add pasta, stir it evenly and cook further for 2 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
