Datar Green Fish Curry Spice Mix: 2 teaspoons (15 grams)Cleaned Pomfret Fish Slices: 500 gramsChopped Onions : 3 numbers (200 grams)Garlic: 10 gramsCoriander Leaves: 10 gramsPudina (Mint): 25 leavesOil: 10 teaspoons (50 ml)Datar Salt: as per taste
Cooking Steps
In a vessel, add Datar Green Fish Curry Spice Mix, garlic, coriander leaves, pudina as mentioned and 5 tablespoons of water.Grind the ingredients in a mixer and keep aside.Pour oil in a frying pan and heat well.Fry chopped onions in the oil on medium flame till it is golden brown and aromatic.Add the ground mixture and fry it for 15 seconds.Add 400 ml of water and Datar Salt as per taste and cook for 3 minutes.Add the fish pieces and stir gently. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 8 minutes.Serve Datar Green Fish Curry with chapatis or steam white rice.
