What You’ll Need

For the Gravy
  • Datar Kasuri Methi leaves: 50 gramsPotato cubes: 500 gramsGreen Chilies: 6Vegetable Oil: 50 gramsDatar Vegetable Masala Spice Mix: 1 teaspoonWater: 500 mlSalt: as per taste

Cooking Steps

  • Soak the Datar Kasuri Methi in warm water for a minimum of 20 minutes. Squeeze the methi leaves and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan.Add potatoes cubes and green chilies. Fry for 5 minutes on a low flame till the potatoes turn slightly golden.Add Datar Kasuri Methi leaves and Datar Vegetable Masala Spice Mix.To make it spicy, add Datar Chili powder and fry for few minutes. Add 500 ml water and mix it nicely.Add salt as per taste and stir well. Cover the pan and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
