What You’ll Need

For the Gravy
  • Fish: 500 gramsDatar Salt: ½ teaspoonLemon juice: 1 lemonDatar Tandoori Fish Spice Mix: 1 teaspoonsGarlic Paste: 2 teaspoonsDry mint (Pudina) Paste: 2 teaspoonsVegetable / Olive oil: 5 teaspoons

Cooking Steps

  • Wash the fish thoroughly with water and slit them.Apply 1/2 tea spoon Datar salt & juice of one lemon to the pieces and keep aside for 5 minutes.Take Datar Tandoori Fish Spice Mix, garlic paste, dry mint (pudina) paste and olive oil and mix the ingredients well into a mixture.Apply the mixture on the fish evenly. Marinate the fish for approximately 30 minutes.Place the fish in the oven at 200 degree Celsius temperature for approximately 25 to 30 minutes
