METHOD OF PREPARATION :Soak 200 grams of Kabuli Chana (White Chick Peas) overnight.Cook it in a pressure cooker and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and ginger paste and fry till they turn golden brown.Add Datar Chana Masala Spice Mix & fry on a low flame for a few seconds.Add chopped tomatoes.Add the cooked Chana and Datar Salt as per taste and cook for 15 – 20 minutes.Serve hot Chana Masala with tandoori roti.
