Boil the eggs and remove the shells.Make four slits on the sides of the eggs.Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a pan and fry the eggs for 1 minute. Keep aside.Boil 800 ml of water. Remove it from the gas and add 600 grams of grated coconut.Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Pass it through a sieve and squeeze the coconut to extract the coconut milk. Keep it aside.Fry the chopped onions on a medium flame till they are golden brown. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.Add 3 tablespoons of Datar Egg Curry Spice Mix. Fry for 5 seconds and add the coconut milk and Datar Salt as per taste.Cook for 5 minutes on a low flame. Add the fried eggs and cook for 1-2 minutes.Serve the Datar Egg Curry with chapati / tandoori roti
