Cooking Steps
Cut the fish into pieces.Marinate the fish with lemon, Datar Salt & Datar Turmeric Powder. Keep aside for 15-20 minutes.Take 3 tablespoons of Datar Fish Fry Spice Mix & 1 tablespoon of garlic paste in 15 ml of oil and mix to form a smooth batter.Coat the fish evenly with batter.Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the fish on a very low flame for 10 to 12 minutes, turning the fish every two minutes.The fried fish is ready to be served.
