What You’ll Need

For the Gravy
  • Datar Goan Fish Curry Spice Mix: 3 tablespoons (20 grams)Pomfret Fish Slices: 500 gramsDatar Salt: as per tasteGrated Coconut: 600 gramsCoconut Milk Powder: 10 tablespoons (70 grams)Datar Turmeric Powder: A pinch

Cooking Steps

  • To 800 ml of boiled water, add 600 grams of grated coconut.Keep aside for 15 minutes. Pass it through a sieve and squeeze the coconut milk.Keep the coconut milk aside.Rub the fish slices with a pinch of Datar Salt & Datar Turmeric Powder. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.Take the prepared coconut milk and boil for 1 minute.Add 3 tablespoons of Datar Goan Fish Curry Spice Mix and Datar Salt and cook for 2 minutes.Add fish pieces and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on a low flame.
