Take 500 grams of Basmati rice and soak in water for 45 minutes. Rinse the rice and drain the water several times until the water becomes clear.Take 500 ml of milk; add a pinch of saffron and 2 chopped apples.Boil and keep aside. Heat ghee in a vessel; add 100 grams of Datar Kashmiri Pulav. Fry this mixture for 15 seconds.Add the rice and fry for 2 minutes.Add the boiled milk, salt and 300 ml of water. Cover the vessel and cook until the rice is done.Garnish with mix fruits.
