For the Gravy
  • Datar Meat Masala Spice Mix: 2 tablespoonsMeat (mutton): 400 gramsChopped Onion: 4 (250 grams)Garlic Paste: 2 tablespoons (30 grams)Ginger Paste: 2 tablespoons (20 grams)Peeled Potato Cubes: 100 gramsGreen Chili: 4Vegetable Oil: 5 tablespoons (25 ml)Datar Salt: as per tasteWater: 700 ml

Cooking Steps

  • In a bowl, take the meat and marinate with Datar Meat Masala Spice Mix for 1 hour.In a pressure cooker, heat oil and fry the chopped onions with garlic and ginger paste till the onions become golden brown.Add the marinated meat and stir for 2 minutes.Add water, Datar Salt, peeled potatoes and close the lid of the pressure cooker. Wait for 6 whistles.Garnish with coriander leaves.
