What You’ll Need

For the Gravy
  • Datar Palak Paneer spice mix: 4 tablespoons (40 grams)Paneer Cubes (Small): 200 gramsFresh Palak Leaves: 250 gramsOnion Chopped: 1 (50 grams)Tomatoes Chopped: 2 (150 grams)Vegetable Oil: 5 tablespoons (25 ml)Datar Salt: as per taste

Cooking Steps

  • In a bowl, take 4 tablespoons of Datar Palak Paneer Spice Mix. Mix it well with 10 tablespoons of water and keep aside for 30 minutes.Take the palak leaves and grind it to a paste.Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes till the cubes turn golden and keep it aside.In the same oil, add chopped onions and fry till the onions turn golden brown.Add chopped tomatoes and soaked Datar Palak Paneer Spice Mix and fry for 1 minute.Add the palak paste and Datar salt and cook for 2 minutes.Add paneer cubes to the paste and cook at a low flame for 10 minutes.Serve Datar Palak Paneer with tandoori rotis or chapatis
