What You’ll Need

For the Gravy
  • Datar Paneer Methi Spice Mix: 1 packetPaneer Cubes: 200 gramsFresh Methi Leaves: 250 gramsOnion Chopped: 1 (50 grams)Tomatoes Chopped: 2 (150 grams)Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon (15 grams)Water: 150 mlVegetable Oil: 6 tablespoons (30 ml)Datar Salt: as per taste

Cooking Steps

  • In a bowl, add one packet of Datar Paneer Methi Spice Mix. Mix it well with 12 tablespoons of water and keep aside for 30 minutes.Grind the methi leaves to a paste and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan; add chopped onions, garlic paste and fry the onions till golden brown.Add paneer cubes and fry till the paneer turns slightly golden.Add soaked Datar Paneer Methi spice mix and fry for a few seconds.Add chopped tomatoes and the methi paste. Add water and Datar Salt, cover the pan and cook over a low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.Serve Datar Paneer Methi with tandoori rotis or chapatis
