In a bowl take 1.4 litres of cold water. Add 4 tablespoons of Datar Pani Puri Masala, pudina paste and mix well. Keep it aside.Soak plain boondi in normal water for 10-15 minutes, and drain the water. Keep it aside.For the sweet chutney,take 600 ml water, seedless dates, tamarind pulp & jaggery in a bowl. Add cumin powder and boil for 15 minutes. Let it cool down and then make it into a smooth pulp.Serving method: In each puri, add boiled mashed potatoes, soaked boondi, sweet chutney & fill the puri with Datar Pani Puri Masala water.
