What You’ll Need

For the Gravy
  • Datar Pav Bhaji Masala Spice Mix: 2 tablespoonsChopped Onion: 2 (150 grams)Chopped Red Tomato: 6 (450 grams)Cauliflower: 100 gramsCapsicum: 50 gramsGreen Peas: 100 gramsPeeled Potatoes: 250 gramsCoriander Leaves: 10 gramsButter: 5 tablespoonsGarlic paste: 2 tablespoonsDatar Salt: as per taste

Cooking Steps

  • Take sufficient water and boil green peas, peeled potatoes, cauliflower and capsicum together.Take a pan, heat butter on a medium flame and fry chopped onions with garlic paste till the onions turn golden brown.Add the chopped red tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add Datar PavBhaji Masala Spice Mix & Datar Salt as per taste.Add the boiled vegetables and mash for 5 minutes. Then add a blob of butter and garnish it with coriander leaves.Serve with hot buttered bread and chopped raw onions with lemon pieces and roasted papad.
