Instant Pickle Masala

Datar instant pickle masala can be enjoyed with lemon, green chilies, tomatoes, amla, carrots and other such vegetables

What You’ll Need

For the Gravy
  • Datar Instant Pickle Masala: 1 packet (100 grams)Green mango piece: 500 gramsEdible Oil: 200 mlDatar Salt: 5 tablespoons (100 grams)

Cooking Steps

  • Take green mangoes and wash them thoroughly. Wipe them with a cloth. Cut them into small pieces and keep aside.In a glass jar, addthe mango pieces and salt, and keep aside for 10 to 12 hours.Add Datar instant pickle masala to the above mango pieces. Mix well and keep aside for at least 2 to 3 hours.Heat 200 ml of any edible oil such as mustard oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil or groundnut oil in a pan and keep it aside to cool.Pour the oil into the above mixture and mix thoroughly
